Convenient for a gig nearby, clean and comfy.
Furnishings a bit dated but grand for a night. Also not many food options for dinner in the area.

The parking area is horrible for large vehicles. Part of the drive way is a narrow bend, and when I got to the where my room was there were no car parks and not enough space for me to turn my ute around. Backing back out the narrow bend is shit. The pool is empty and room is basic. Not worth the price they charge. I dont recommend the place.

Situation of motel was fine for what we were in Auckland for.
This motel should say that they are an emergency housing motel . The showers were Luke warm cold by the second shower. Also didn't drain the water just pooled in bottom of shower tray .Bed uncomfortable and pillows to hard .Update the photos on the booking page . Will not stay there again .

The location suited my needs.
The place is a dump. The photos are nothing like reality in fact they are blatant lies. Do not waste your money and stay here. How they are still on Booking Dotcom is beyond me they need to be removed immediately.

Nothing the service was terrible first time I felt i needed a bed so it had to do
Everything pretty picture from front but go dow.n driveway what a shambles nothing like the picture.really disappointing. No park manager didn't care well she didn't know. And for that price gosh I've stayed in cheaper facilities than that & the service us better the facility is better.

The closeness of where we needed to be
The shower was blocked. Full of hair. Our complementary milk had expired, our tv only worked for 5mins.
The remote batteries were flat.

We had the end room, it was quiet, great size and value for money
The shub was dated but water pressure was great and the bathroom was a reasonable size, towels were soft and fluffy

The location was good
It was mixed with social housing, which should not be allowed. So we had no idea we'd be staying next door to loud arguments and domestics both evening and morning.
It was not cleaned properly, something from the previous guests was still on the rim of the toilet.
Spider webs and cob webs everywhere.
No kitchen plug to wash dishes.
Guests should be warned when they book that they are staying in a social housing motel. I

Only good thing about this place was the proximity to work
No milk in the fridge each day
No SKY TV as advertised on the wall
Telephone did not work
A deluxe room? Would have hated to see a standard room
