We stayed here on our first night in Auckland and then went on to visit other areas in New Zealand. We returned for our last night in Auckland. The staff was just incredible! Ankit remembered us on site. He had everything ready for us, all I had to do was sign. Rishabh helped us at checkout. He was so kind and helpful with a special request we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we are in Auckland. A very convenient location. We were able to walk to everything and enjoy the markets on Saturday. The added bonus is the view was unbelievable!

We enjoy staying here. It's warm, clean, all facilities and close to buses, trains and the many ferry's. Central Auck and walkable to many central scenic destinations.

The staff was great. Ankit was very helpful during check in and Dipesh was wonderful during the checkout process. The location was fantastic. We were a very short walk away from the harbour. It’s great to be able to take a ferry across to enjoy the view on your way to a nice dinner.
We loved everything. The only very minor thing, it would be great to have salt and pepper as well as a coffee maker with grounds as part of the amenities but that was also fine as there are a lot of coffee shops around.

great price . the room was spacious compared to other hotel rooms . excellentvalue for money . great view of the water and auckland city . very convenient transport . easy to walk around the city and to ferry terminal. caugh a nice snapper off queens wharf , just a 5 minute walk away . very handy having a washing machine in the room

Central location was perfect. Room had a good view north, down towards the street. Was sunny, and spacious. was nice having a bedroom separate to the living area.
The heater aircon unit is a bit odd, being a free standing unit, on the floor in front of the ranch slider. Made closing the curtains awkward.

Just issue the couch a bit small, three seaters would be better and have the TV in the bedroom would have been better.
The toilet too hard to flush ;(

The hotel location is great during the day. At night its a little unsafe.
There was hair in the bathroom when we entered and it was not ours.
The drain to the bathtub did not drain properly.

It was central. Staff were nice.
The parking was $50 a night extra, it did have harbour views from one window over some buildings in the distance. It was much smaller than expected, the name gives the impression of a suite, it's a hotel room.
