The property looks a bit old on arrival but the rooms are all very well finished and spotless. The private shuttle got me to the airport quickly.
My initial room assignment (#29) was a very quiet room but the wifi was unusable because the room was out of coverage from the outdoor broadcast antennas. The staff relocated me to another room where wifi worked great but City of Auckland punished the entire neighborhood all night with sewer work on the road just outside of the property.
The TVs were unable to access internet so nothing but local public broadcast channels availalble. I paid $180 for a same-day reservation which I thought was a bit overpriced.

It was very close to the airport for our very early 4.00am start the next morning. Staff being very helpful with a shuttle to the airport ant the room very good with separate bedroom, lounge room, etc.

Wonderful
Perfect for our jet lagged hotel stay before we drove the next morning. We are a family of 4. We stayed in the room with queen bed and two singles. The shuttle bus service works well from the international airport. They even dropped me at the car rental place the next morning. Excellent stay and served its purpose well. Good value for money. This is the 5th stay I’ve had with the. Will definitely stay again.

Me and my family love the location is not too far for us to go and back up here to our places plus we haven't had a breakfast their but we love to go to Ōtahuhu to buy our loved food from there
