Very close to Auckland International Airport and included shuttle service for either pick up or drop off is very useful. Good size rooms with convenient small kitchen. Clean towels and sheets.
No hand soap in bathroom. Drop off point at Auckland Airport has changed now for shuttles so now need to walk quite a bit to get to departure area.

- very close to main rd so you'll need ear plugs if you're a light sleeper
- walls are paper thin
- kitchen very outdated
*That being said, it met our needs for the one night we needed airport accommodation so I would still stay here again. It's not flash, but the price is good for what you get

The airport shuttle was very helpful after a 12-hour flight. I called them and they picked me up in about 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even helped me arrange the shuttle for the next day. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth and easy.
The room had a noticeable odor, and I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the carpet or the bedspread. The bathroom also had a similar smell, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant odor when showering, which made the experience less comfortable.

Nice big room comfy bed clean and provides shuttle service
Bed pillows not that comfortable. There needs to be a few more pillows for sleeping on. (There was only one each)
