We had our graduation ceremony at the Spark Arena. The location was A+ I highly recommend if you have an event to attend at Spark, it's the perfect place to stay. We didn't have to drive out from Mangere early in the morning. We were ok to pay a little extra for the parking as we were happy with how convenient it was for our family group. This is the second time we have stayed at Adina.
My original booking was for 2027, I didn't realise I had selected a different year! When i went to check online the day before check-in I panicked! I contacted Adina to change the dates. While it was stressful, the team were very accommodating to help out. Thanks team!
It is town, so parking is on the high side per night. But there are other options you can look at. Our self contained apartment had a few utensils missing that could have been handy i.e. big serving bowls. We have a big family and tend to eat on site and use the kitchen.

The location was perfect for the venue we needed to attend for a concert, plus easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, the Auckland Viaduct plus public transportation.

Great location, easy walk to CBD and right across the road from Spark Arena. Bed was very comfortable, good space.

This unit came with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. After traveling for weeks, it was such a blessing!
The units have an open roof layout, with a common central core. It allows rainwater to come into the core , watering the plants but also watering the guests.

The glass bathroom doors and glass bathrooms in the 6th floor 2 storey units. Black out blinds on the windows and glass bathroom doors do not equal darkness. Also didn’t love hearing my partner use the open to the bedroom toilet. Not sure which designer thought that was a good idea.

At checkout i had to pay 50?$ parking which makes it less value. Without parking good value. Do not recall that it appeared in booking.com site. And was nit forewarned at checkin.

Location was good and the room was quiet and clean. Additionally, we found the front desk staff and the staff at the adjoining restaurant to be professional and friendly. We’d like to specifically note Florence at the front desk along with another lady whose name I didn’t get. Both were helpful with advice and proactive in assisting with our luggage.
No specific problems or complaints.

The hotel was centrally located, not far from Britomart and the ferry wharf. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very good.

Easy check in and out! Quiet!
That we were charged an extra NZD50 to have the existing sofa bed made up for sleeping. We only stayed one night and for sleeping on a sofa bed it was steep.

Wonderful size of the Queen studio apartment. Bathroom was glorious and the bed super cozy. I loved the configuration of the rooms in the hotel, very unusual but very interesting with the rooms opening to an inside breezeway.

Location was perfect, the room was nice and clean and everything was functional.
No maintenance staff on the weekend to replace light bulb on the ceiling.
