Clean, nice hot shower, great view of the mountains, quiet area but only a few minutes off of the main Pokhara road. The hotel is a really great value.

Good location near the lake . Very friendly stuff and good breakfast .
Old furniture in the rooms , old towels with dirt marks on them . doesn't provide buses or any helpful facilities .

Right in downtown, very easy to walk to, and front desk was very helpful for us storing luggage during trekking even helped to pass fear to travel agency!

The hotel location is good and convenient. But the thing i liked most was the services. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks to Subir, he provided excellent services. Prior to our trip, he answered all my questions promptly via Whatsapp. During our stay, he basically took care of everything, carried our heavy luggage bags to our room on the 2nd floor, and arranged cable car tickets with free picked up services. Thus, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Spring.

The size of the room and overall location.
The bathroom wall glass was broken, and anyone could see the person inside the shower. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. There was no shower curtain either, which made it worse.

Excellent hotel, the best I had in months during my long term travel. It's pretty new, room is big and perfect, shower is great, Wifi is strong, location is quiet, though still only one street away from the busy lakeside area with lots of restaurants etc. Staff is great too, they do everything to make it comfortable, breakfast is nice, hotel 16 rooms is too small for a buffet. Free drinking water. Price is unbeatable. My top choice in Pokhara and even Nepal!

This was my 7th stay at Hotel Spring. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating staf and budget friendly and it's really hard to find same type of hotel with same type of rooms and facilities with the same amount. Highly recommended.

A hotel with a great location, excellent staff and outstanding customer service
If you stay in Pokhara, you will feel comfortable here.In particular, the staff were very friendly and kind.
Unlike other Nepalese hotels, I liked that they didn't charge any extra fees for card payments.
Anyway very Nice here!!
