This is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at here in Nepal! We were pleasantly surprised. The location is great-- just a couple minute walk to the Main Street but far enough away it's not too noisy. There's a little convenient store across the street, and several more down the road. The breakfast was great! I appreciated the simplicity and mix of Nepali and Western dishes.

Overall it’s a cozy hotel to relax. I have stayed in Hotel Karuna for 3 nights and I enjoy every minute in the hotel. I love the cute plants in the hotel and they are taken good care of by the staff there. The staff there are very nice and friendly to help. Great thanks to them for making my stay in hotel Karuna a good memory. The breakfast is also to be expected. Both local food and bread are served. Coffee is a highlight. I also like the handmade soap they provided. The hotel is near the lakeside street, the Fewa lake is in a walking distance.
The internet is quite slow in the hotel

Staff are great, has a good eatery next door. Breakfast though limited in variety is good. If is walkable to the lake and Main Street.
No elevators but they make that clear prior the arrival.

The staff were incredibly friendly. They couldn't do enough to help us. The breakfast was delicious - you could go back for me. It is close to the Lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place looks modern and is well looked after. I truly can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We want to come back! This is the place to stay in Pokhara

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Karura. The service was excellent, and I’d especially like to thank Kritika, who truly stood out with her warmth and professionalism. She was the best! A big thank you also to Narayan, Sorup, and Nisha for their great service. Highly recommended!

Nice breakfast with yummy waffles! Good pour over coffee and choices of fresh juices for an extra charge. Lovely afternoon "happy hour" with local Nepali snacks. Nice lobby area and fantastic staff! Simple hotel but comfortable beds and pillows and good location.
Next to a preschool which is noisy during the daytime on that side of the hotel. Wish there had been some choice of complimentary juice on the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is beautiful inside, you are met with a friendly smile when you enter. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The rooms are clean with a lovely balcony and the rooftop available. We actually changed our plans a bit so we could stay 1 extra night as it has been by far the best hotel we have stayed in Nepal and the value for money is excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a range of foods. Would 100% recommend

Their street food concept, the aim to be a fully eco hotel, the location - all great.
I think breakfast service needs a machine as it’s hard for one person to keep up with orders.

The strategic location, near to the main street yet it is still quiet for a stay.The room is clean and comfortable and the staff made extra effort to let us feel like home away from home.
