This hotel was in the best location of Pokhara! It was 2 minutes walking distance to the lake and wonderful shops around town.
There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. It was an incredible place to stay after a long 12 day trek in the Himalayas.

Booked with Zipflyer through Hotel Adam . Unfortunately after paying for the video package , I never received the follow up email with the video. An additional email to zipflyer did not help. This of course is not the fault of Hotel Adam.

Wonderful staff, comfy and large rooms, breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Room service was delicious and very affordable. You can book all your tours with them and prices were better than else where

Location is central. Many shops around, and close to the lake.
Adam is very helpful with the informations. Kind staff.
Room is normal size.
Breakfast is modest. I guess its good for the money you pay.
In all Nepal when you book room/apartment, they are putting the best pictures they have. In reality when you reach the property, you get the room looking at other building wall, or completely something different (its claustrophobic). Ask in advance for room that you like, but im not sure you going to get it.
In this property it happened the same, and when i asked about the room that i've booked, they've said that this is only available and they are renovating (i didn't see any renovation going). The boy changed for me to opposite room, that had partially look at the wall and other house, and leaning on the side you could see lake.

The staff was incredible! They were super helpful with answering any questions we had, and helping to arrange our travel for the next leg of our journey. They also provided luggage storage during our trek, even though we had a room booked at a different hotel for our return.
The bathroom seemed to have mold growing in the corners of the shower area. Also, the area is extremely noisy, with live bands blasting music late into the night.

Clean and functional. It was spacious with a balcony as well as interior sitting. The water was hot with good flow. There were tea making facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate.
It would have been nice to have a shower partition to prevent water splashing all over the floor.

Location was central.
I paid extra for the nice room only to find out it was much smaller than pictured and the bathroom didn't have a curtain or glass for the shower. Then at night, it was too loud being nearby a bar that played music until 2 am. I had booked 3 nights and stayed one night. Staff however were nice and understanding.
