Price
All the pictures and description are fake! We booked two rooms with king size bed and balcony but we never get it within the 26 days stay.
They provided the connect room for us which we need to walk through one room without toilet to reach out the other room with only the toilet but no shower.
We kept arguing with the owner and he made up excuses.

Very Good
Location is great near some hills and away from the touristy crowd. But it's easy and quick to go to the center of Kathmandu if you need, with public transportation. Bus stop is 20 meter away from the guesthouse. Rooms are clean. Everything you need is available in the neighborhood, or you can also eat with the family if you like.
It's difficult to find. Even with the help from local people and after three phone calls. Nobody to pick me up when i was less than one km away. No sign nowhere, not even on the house. A old man came finally with me to help me, asking people around. It's a homestay, guest leave in a family house. I didn't get the included breakfast (and also not the booked room), but the owner granted me a discount without any hesitation.
