Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The room was ok. the good thing was it has its own sink in the room. Located is good. walking distance from the bus station.

Polite staff that gave us all the information we needed.
Room was fairly spacious and we even had a small balcony.
The area is within walking distance of Stavanger centre.
The place is pretty old and not incredibly well maintained. It had a musty, sweet smell, the kind that's in the walls that doesn't wash off.
Maybe for a couple the shower is ok, but for friends or family... You have little to no privacy. I'd suggest at least putting a curtain in the sink / shower area if not a door.
Walls are thin. I could easily hear people in the hallways or people having normal conversations in their rooms.
Booking said we get 2 twin beds, but our room had a double bed.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking. We have 12 people staying for two separate nights. The staff stayed for extra hour to let us use the dinning room during the evening.
It doesn't provide shampoo for showers. The kitchen closing time and the staff office hours are both until 9pm, which we feel it is a bit early, everything closes at 10pm would be much better.

Location and free parking were the reasons we stayed there. We did not try the breakfast, so could not say
The parking is there, but limited, and it was tough to get the car in. The property is rather run down and needs work on bathrooms and rooms, but the price is fair for what it offers considering the location.

You can definitely hear what everyone else is doing/saying in adjacent rooms. Could benefit from curtains that keep the light out.

Friendly, helpful staff. Super breakfast, with a very good buffet choice including fried eggs. Storage of luggage after check-out was much appreciated. Cleanliness of the room, bathroom and toilets and accessible power socket to recharge phone etc. Location in a quiet residential area in close proximity to the town centre, train and bus station. Thank you very much indeed for a most enjoyable stay.

The staff were chatty and friendly, being able to accommodate all our needs. The location was good, in a quiet and safe area and a 10 minute walk to the centre. We had the welcome surprise of a balcony! Despite booking a twin room with no bathroom, we were pleasantly shocked to find a double bed with a shower and sink. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
The property was a little run down, with graffiti outside and chipped furnishings.

Its location mainly.
The British lady on duty mainly doing breakfasts and cleaning was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much bother for her to help me. She was the highlight of my stay.
Wifi in the bedroom was weak and didn’t cover anything but the doorway. TV satellite box hung by dangling cables and held in place by strip of cardboard.
Whole place looked like it wasn’t repaired or had any money spent on it in years. Strongly resembled a homeless persons shelter.
