Hotellet er oppført som et 4-stjerners hotell, men etter min mening fortjener det ikke mer enn 2 stjerner. Jeg bestilte dette hotellet fordi det var oppgitt som 4-stjerners. Da vi sjekket inn og kom inn på rommet, var . Det lå også lange hår på håndklærne på badet. Madrassene var gamle, og den ene hadde en stor grop i midten, noe som gjorde den svært ubehagelig å sove på. Vi ga beskjed i resepsjonen, og vi fikk et annet rom. Men også der var sengene veldig krøllete, slik at det så ut som om noen hadde sovet der før vi kom, uten at sengen var blitt ordentlig redd opp. Putene lå også skjevt på sengen, som om de bare var kastet dit. Frokosten var også veldig enkel og skuffende. Ingen av disse tingene passer for et 4-stjerners hotell. Dette er definitivt ikke den standarden man forventer av et hotell med fire stjerner.

Suitable place to stay if you have any business with SUS (treatment, visiting a patient ), the rooms are as expected straight to point with typical Scandinavian minimalism.
For the location and purpose of the visit the prices could be more affordable.

I had a bed and bathroom.
First, the hotel is attached to the hospital and serves as a patient hotel, the location doesn't feel so great. Second, parking isn't free and not managed by the hotel, you have to pay extra - by the hour or for a full day. Of course if you want to take out the car, the time resets and you need to pay again for the parking when you return. When booking I said I need to charge the rented electric car in the parking and they said no problem, they will show me when I get there. What they didn't say is that charging the car also costs extra, I had no idea as I'm not used to electric cars and I expected it would be included as the parking itself is payed. Apparently I could still charge the car without paying - and get a fine. This is predatory behavior by the parking company, and the hotel should not fail to explain how parking and charging work. Also, no fridge or kitchen in the room, which is to be expected in a hotel but still, just so you know.

It was like a part of hospital converted to a hotel. Not that well equipped. Not much sound insulation.
