Breakfast was very good. Receptionists were nice and friendly.
Location is not as convenient as there is no drop off, not so good to walk there with suitcases in heavy rain.

The hotel is just a short walk from the downtown and port areas and next to the bus station and the train station with an easy bus connection to the airport or ferry ports. The room was good size, comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and I had a good stay there.
I don't have any complaints as the hotel was good and I had a good stay.

We like the location.
The master bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed isn’t sturdy or comfortable enough for kids to sleep on, it’s quite uncomfortable. They should have provided a better-quality mattress at least. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working initially, but the kind staff at the front desk quickly fixed the issue.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was so helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day, and the location was convenient.
It’s a little on the older side, and did not have any amenities like a gym or sauna.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, with everything within a few minutes’ walk. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and met our expectations.

Booking showed that this hotel has a parking but in fact it doesn't but they helped me to find a place to park my car.

Great staff, breakfast with lots of options including some labeled for allergens. Room was larger than anticipated. Nice location.
No AC and weather was hot. Fan in some rooms but windows in one room didn't open. TV remote missing but Phil brought another one up right away and made sure it worked. Was able to hear traffic noise in one of the four rooms rented. Overall still very good.

Great breakfast, great location, and public parking with EV chargers is just across the street. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast was great and staff helpful and friendly.
The location is tricky to park and unload from the back of the hotel. It felt cumbersome to get suitcases down steps and into the hotel. We had to pay extra for parking in a lot across the street.
