The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and there’s also a bus stop right in front of it.
The staff were nice and kind.
My room was clean, spacious and had all the listed amenities. The view of the water from the window was spectacular.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice as well.
The only downside was the AC, which I couldn’t manage to get to cool the room down properly.

Nice location, very nice breakfast. Hotel is flexible with late checkout.

Disappointing
Location and staff and check-in and out
Room had a skylite window; I should have asked to change to a proper 'normal ' room. Hence it was exceedingly dull and dreary.
Room bathroom floor heating on all time. No chance of switching it off. Hence if bathroom door was open, the room heated terribly.
Room temperature control was a complete inoperative joke. In order to keep below 24C at night I had to open the skylite fully.
Made the whole stay quite unpleasant.

Breakfast is always the same. When I arrived staff was very friendly. There was a woman and a young man. Good customer service. Asked for two apples and they gave it to me. Next day at breakfast asked for two apples and mgr Albert Gashi. Said no.
Didn’t like staff that was serving breakfast.

My only problem with the hotel is that the parking space is reserved for a different business from 7-14h.. which was inconvenient given that I had to wake up early just to take the car from the parking area.

Very good location, helpful staff, very good breakfast, late checkout, packed lunch box for a reasonable price.
No AC, limited, expensive parking. Beds on a soft side.

Breakfast was great, room was nice and clean, staff was kind, everything was nice and ok :) In the lobby was little kiosk, where you can buy snacks or make coffee. I liked the room in the attic with beautiful view to the city :)
The air conditioning system was working too loud and just above the bed, so it was hard to get asleep without ear plugs :( and it wasn't possible to switch off, because it is system for the whole building... That was the only one disadvantage.

The room was big, it had a parking garage for our car, it was close to the city center and the hotel had gluten free options for my celiac boyfriend.
We just have two little things: Even with natural light our room was really dark because it was on the side facing the other building and second, we expected salmon at the breakfast buffet, because we are in Norway. But other than that we were really happy.
