the location: Bus stops to preikstolen and the airport just in front the hotel, train station is a 2mn walk.The harbor is a 5mn walk.

Pleasant
The location is very convenient, center of every thing, the Lobby is very impressive.
The House keeper is not so professional, they don't take out the dirty cups and the way they cleaned the room are incomplete? Very disappointed from the front desk we had to asked so many times to fixed the safe? It was never worked I have to carrying my cash the whole time. The service was not good enough for customers?.

The Norwegian minimalism hotel at it's finest. Nice staff; good bed; clean; fine rooms. And as always - amazing breakfast choice. it was perfect for our liking!
Only that it was a bit pricey; but evaluating hotel's location & comfort - it's worth the money.
Nothing to add here. All was perfect for my taste.

Agressive sommelier who tried to sell expensive wine and putting the check already on the bar. Very unpleasant experience.
Also, the safe in the room did not work. Reported twice but despite promise never repaired

Modern clean facilities and excellent location overlooking beautiful lake.
Not enough staff at reception or housekeeping. Phone calls to reception went unanswered several times due to only 2 people on duty nightly.

Location, room, view, smiley faces…Even though my room was standart category, i asked for a silent room for a good sleep and they gave me a premium room on the 9th floor(936 room nr) The team was so helpful and generous… as a member of RH , i am so satisfied…

No onsite parking and the staff were absolutely unhelpful in explaining where outside parking is and how to use it - maybe have an information sheet with instructions on the closest parking garage - just a common sense suggestion.
