Location for us, as we had to lug our cases to the bus station, quite a hill - I wouldn't want to do it going upwards!

Great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was included in the price and was tasty, with a good selection of options. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was good! And I appreciate the fact that they stopped everyday-room-cleaning. Room cleaning takes place every four days which I believe is enough. Most people do not even stay that long.
Nevertheless the hotel is not a four star category. Corners and some spots in the hotel room were not clean and dusty. Everything was more or less self-service and it felt like you better don't ask any questions to the staff.

Good location, great breakfast, nice large room. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom! Yay, English channels on the tv. Beautiful rooftop patio.
Arrived early and was unable to check in. No problem, BUT the young woman had zero people skills. Thankfully, her shift was over when I returned at 3 and the young man at the desk was friendly and helpful as was another young woman when I checked out.
