Location was lovely. Especially as we were there for the tall ships. Walking distance to many things . The property was meticulously clean and the staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was excellent , with Fula and dinner also provided , made for excellent value for money. Dinner was a single choice only, but with soup bread and salads also available.
Our room was at the back on the second floor , which at the back is ground level. There was a lot of noise from a nearby venue, especially on Saturday night. I booked an accessible room, but there was barely enough space to move a chair around. The bathroom is spacious with a large roll in shower, but there is no seat in it and no grab rails. Important to know if you need to sit in the shower.

Lovely calm atmosphere. Super spacious room. Good food. Warm fire dried me off when soaked from the rain!
Wish I’d asked for a room with a view of the harbour. The back lane wasn’t a great prospect.

Wonderful location, great breakfast, dinner is also included in your stay and afternoon tea.
Room was spacious and very comfortable.
A little bit more lighting in the room would have been nice.

Staff were good. Hotel very clean, for the price paid the food was very good. Hotel view.
If you dont want noise in your room at night, best not to book a room with sea view. However, even with the world cup it wasnt too bad, and all quiet by midnight or before.

Excellent location with parking next door (not included in price though), good dinner and excellent breakfast included in the price, nice room and bathroom.
Sofa bed for the kids could have been more comfortable. Our room was unfortunately not facing the water but in the other side, no way to secure this view at reservation.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the free happy hour, as was the free dinner. This hotel is a bargain. It's less expensive than the major chain hotels, located at the harbor, and provides free breakfast, happy hour snacks, and dinner.
The hotel is in a lively area and can be rather loud late into the evening. There was not a substantial amount of storage space for luggage or clothes if you're staying more than one night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, we are all very pleased with them, specially " Lukas "the receptionist he is very helpful and professional also with nice smile all the time.
I didn't like the hotel after the dinner finished? They don't serve dessert? They should consider to give customers for some fruits or ice-cream after the meal? Please do something about to improve.
