Excellent location, very good breakfast, and very helpfull staff.
The bed was not comfortable, it was not a normal mattress, it was basically like a sponge. Also the bathroom was tiny, difficult to move around.

The location was near the central
train station and a subway station. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean, though a bit crowded.
There are some sketchy characters in the neighbourhood so it’s a little uncomfortable walking after dark. The cleaning staff do not attend to the rooms daily.

The hotel was fancy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was great and had so much variety. We enjoyed our stay.
The closet design was not the most practical. But that was only a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was really good, friendliness, the staff were helpful and friendly.
Tiny bathroom. Difficult to sit on the toilet (im short, my legs are not long). The shower was tiny- I had to open the door/cover to get my head out of the running water to add shampoo.

The hotel had a very nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The noise! We requested a room change due to the outside noise of restaurants and music being played late into the evening at a bar/restaurant. We were moved but it did not help. The windows had to be closed and you could still hear the noise.

Breakfast was very good. The room was quiet and room temperature was good. Large TV with casting.
The location is not so good. It was difficult to get there by car and the nearby parking garage is expensive. The area around is not the nicest in Oslo. It is little untidy and some of the people on the nearby streets look like substance abusers. The room had roof windows, so no proper view out. The headroom in the bed area was low, beware your head.

Disappointing
Check-in went without issue. I personally like that the room keys are required for using the elevators or the stairs. The design felt neo-classical, which was nice.
The bedding of both rooms was dirty, one duvet cover even had small blood stains. Our room had an issue with the heating (namely, there was no way to control it and the radiator would keep heating the room). This was hidden by someone leaving the window open before we arrived.

The hotel is located very close to the main train station. We have arrived by Flytoget Airport Express and walked to the hotel. After checking out we had a very early train, so having the train station so close was a big plus. There’s a 7/11 right in front of hotel if you need some water, drinks or snacks.
The room was spacious. The bathroom was huge, felt like it was the size of a room.
The cleaning lady is very friendly and helpful. She was the best person in that hotel.
The best thing is the BREAKFAST! I will never forget how good it was. They have so many options, it felt like a buffet at an expensive restaurant. The food is so fresh and delicious! There’s never a queue and there are lots of seats. It was amazing! If they had options for lunch and dinner, I would never go out to eat.
The construction is right outside our window. We couldn’t open the curtains, cause the view wasn’t what we wanted to see and I didn’t want a worker to pay us a sudden visit. It starts early in the morning with sudden hits and bumps.
There’s no real ventilation in the room and we couldn’t open the windows for the fresh air due to construction. It was quite uncomfortable.
Once we left the room, I closed the door and in several seconds I turned the handle to check if the room is closed and it just opened again. We checked several times and the door just didn’t lock, so we went to reception to notify about this situation and the staff said you need to wait around 10 seconds or something for it to be locked. Huh? How come the room isn’t locked immediately after you close the door? This was very confusing and we felt unsafe.
There’s not much around hotel. If you want to grab some local food or eat at some good restaurant, you have to walk to the city center. Only bars nearby. The area isn’t the area I would like to walk around late in the evening.

Good breakfast and close to central Oslo.
We had a top floor room which was extremely cramped. We were in the eaves so could not stand up in half of the room. The bathroom was so small that it was not possible to sit on the toilet any way but sideways if you are tall.
