Great location, good room size, good breakfast, nice staff.
The mattress for the sofa bed was too soft and the springs were squeaking every time my daughter moved in the bed.
There was only one relatively soft/small pillow per person, which was insufficient.
The bathroom was very small and looked cheap. There was also no fan available.
We used the coffee machine and cups during our first night. We were surprised to see that new cups were not provided during the room cleaning and that the dirty cups were still in the kitchen.
However, overall our stay was good and with a few minor improvements, we would have no issues coming back in the future.

They served delicious breakfast. Reception staff is excellent, which I cannot say for cleaners.
Room has kitchenett, but there was no washing detergent or sponge to wash the dishes. It also lacked of kitchenware (spoons, forks, etc.).
Room hasn't been cleaned for few days. Even though we asked for shower gel (which we ran out), they didn't put it in the shower that day.

A wonderful hotel! The location is excellent and quiet, just a short walk from the Royal Palace and the start of Oslo’s main street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Large hotel with a lot of rooms. 24/7 front-desk. Coffee and tea machines in the lobby usable for free, and also in the room kitchenette. Great buffet selection for breakfast.
On weekends the breakfast room is crowded (though there are still spaces you can take). Luggage storage exists but no responsibility from the hotel.

The property is very close to the palace. It is very close to the tram line 19 which can be used to travel to Oslo central train station(Oslo S). Very courteous staff. They allowed us to check in early and also upgraded us to a suite. Amazing breakfast buffet spread even for a vegetarian.
It was a bit warm in the night with no air circulation inspite of setting the temperature at 20 degrees C.

Location was awesome! We walked to downtown Oslo in a few minutes. The room was big enough for our family (4 people). The breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly.

The location near the royal palace was wonderful to get to all of the sites and was easy to get to from the airport as it was a 5 minutes walk from the closest train station.
Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety with eggs, bacon, salmon, yoghurt, muesli, bread, fruit, smoothies, cheeses, ham, oatmeal, pancakes it was wonderful and so fresh and well spaced out. Also the staff were so friendly.
Room and bed were really comfortable with good block out blinds. The bathroom was a little small but ok.
