The location, the breakfast and the staff
It was next to a tram and a couple of bars and in particular my room was next to the gym which made my room very loud. Do not request rooms on the 2 nd floor

Excellent breakfasts & Italian dinner. Nice large room. Good part of town.
No storage in room. No luggage racks, no space to put toiletries in overly large bathroom. Room was meant for one person staying one night. No shampoo. No body lotion. Didn’t get bath towel 2nd day.

GREAT property! Super front desk staff. Perfect location. Fabulous breakfast. We even enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner(great use of the space and convenient for first nice arrivals.)
Not a negative, as it was associated with nearby bars.. yes, it was World Cup, however, 3:30 AM closings does impact all guests adjacent to the bars.

Very close to a tram stop. Walkable to the center. Clean and comfortable. 24 hour desk. Tea, coffee and water available in the lobby all day and night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The chef and the lady in charge of service are top notch. They are kind and take care of your every need.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests and answer questions. Fantastic location, very nice and clean rooms and excellent breakfast buffet.
It was a little difficult to figure out how to adjust the AC but the staff helped us.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even providing a fan for our room.
Breakfast was over the top.
It was nice having the lounge/sitting room on the top floor to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The lounge on the top floor could have provided a few more amenities.

Fabulous breakfast - so many selections. Location was perfect with access to public transportation right outside the entrance. Centrally located. Room was spacious and quiet, but we were given a disabled access room which I didn't think I had booked.

Very clean, modern and attractive hotel. Comfortable and well designed rooms. Complimentary coffee in lobby each morning. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

First time in Oslo and we really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Spacious room. Best buffet breakfast - lots of options. Staff very helpful - suggested vegan restaurants.
Coffee maker was difficult to use. Minor issue as there was great coffee in the lobby.

The staff was amazing and the Erin was a great value.
The pub outside our window had loud rowdy people in it until 3:30 am every night. Sleeping was incredibly difficult.
