Wonderful
Excellent location: close to the train station, restaurants, Karl Johan Gate and museums.
Rooms and comfortable, well designed and have a balcony with a striking view. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Perhaps include conditioner and hand lotion in the bathrooms - but this is a minor quibble.

The location is awesome. Good breakfast. Stylish deco and modern amenities.
The daily room cleaning is somewhat haphazard, not thorough. Floors are not vacuumed and beds are almost fully undone.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The bed was comfy, but the comforter was bulky. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great.
The one issue I had was with no place to put anything in the bathroom since there were no shelves and little place on the very small sink counter

Luggage space is too small to open the suitcase though our room is enough large. No help to carry up our luggage at the entrance. The lift of entrance didn’t work. When I left, I spoke to the reception desk and they helped me.

Comfy beds, good location, friendly helpful staff, large room and bathroom, drop down ironing board, nice toiletries including body cream and hair conditioner, and excellent buffet breakfast.

Room was modern, good sized, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent quality with many food options. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to central area sights, restaurants, shopping and transportation.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of freshly cooked hot food, fresh fruit and croissants etc. The location was good, only 10mins from the station and from the Opera House which is an absolute must to visit (and walk on the roof!).
We love a nice cup of tea and coffee in the room in the morning. There was no fresh milk and no English Breakfast Tea Bags so we had to go without.

Nice big room (after we rejected the first cramped one) and bathroom. Good location for centrum. Staff courteous and helpful. Great breakfast- many options and we loaded up for lunch sandwiches.
We had to ask for enough towels (we had one) and shampoo and extra pillows. No body cream or conditioner provided. The balcony was not accessible. As with everything here, overpriced for what you get.
