Great location
Good breakfast
The thermostats in the room were locked and nit adjustable. I have arthritis and wanted to make the room warmer. Why have a thermostat if you can’t use it. The staff gave me a space heater to use.
The lobby is too small and dark. When I was leaving I noticed a small card on a table in the lobby that I think said you could buy a beer or wine. I would have done that if I had known

The location is central, the staff is helpful, breakfast and light every meal are good. Coffee and tea in the lobby.

Disappointing
The location is good. Very central, close to many attractions, 5 minutes from the Waterfront, and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection. The bed was comfy, and the staff were nice and helpful.
There were renovations going on, and we were woken at 0650 by drilling and hammering the first morning, which gradually got worse and by 0800 it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. There was a poster apologising for any disruption but said it should not impact our stay, well it did. The water also went off as we were getting ready, not sure if this was to do with the work. Only 1 lift was in operation and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get to breakfast. There were no stairs to use ! The shower door wouldn't stay shut so you had to keep your leg against it which wasn't easy. Scaffolding all over the front of the building.

The breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise was free light food at dinner too.
Staff wasn't very friendly, seemed put out when asked a question. The room was also extremely small. I understand European rooms are small, but it was crazy, no place to put two suitcases.

The breakfast was the BEST. Location was great, with Proud Mary round the corner.
Nothing realy but it would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel.
