The location is perfect. A lot of Oslo's attractions can be accessed by foot from there. I did not use public transportation at all except when coming in and leaving for the airport. It's located in an outdoor mall kind of area. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The tea kettle in the room was very helpful and there is a coffee machine on the ground floor.

A compact and really nice hotel in a spectacular location in Oslo. You have everything you need for a nice stay in the rooms and the breakfast is great. Overall, a really nice stay.
Rooms were a bit small in size, but nothing too bad.

Disappointing
I was disappointed with the service during the morning shift. When I asked a simple question about breakfast, the staff member appeared irritated . Throughout the interaction, she seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming.

This hotel was close to everything we wanted, the railway station and the main downtown pedestrian area. Everything was within easy walking distance.
The room was great, the bathroom was a comfortable size.
