Loved the location and the fact that the hotel had a parking house near by. The parking house was tight (we had a WV Multivan), but conveniently located.

House keeper forgot a master key in our room.

Everything! Location is great the palace gardens are a short walk away is the heart of the city! We were walking around late and it felt safe. It is mostly business buildings nearby but historical buildings ensure nice vibe. Now the breakfast- that’s a great experience! One of the best and there’s also a steam room/ gym!! Staff are so lovely, they are all very attractive and smartly dressed with very pleasant manners. I was delighted with stay. Would return in a heartbeat.
Nothing- book this one. It was a very happy and content stay for us.

Breakfasts is amazing, and everyone is service oriented.
There were no slippers or a foot towel in our room, which we found quite strange. After taking a shower, it could have been slippery and even dangerous without a towel to step on. We asked for slippers at the reception, but they said they didn’t have any. Honestly, it felt a bit odd for a hotel like this.

Fantastic breakfast, functional spotless rooms with confortable beds. Really handy as I was working nearby, but if you want to visit the city is a bit out of hand.
