Wonderful
Placed perfectly to explore Oslo on foot. All places including City hall, Nobel, Opera House within walking distance and most importantly the bar was always open when we got back, excellent staff all around. We had a balcony room overlooking the square with a clear view to St Olaves Church.

The location was very good, though a little bit far away from the airport. But for meetings in town, very good. I arrived after midnight and the staff was not very friendly at that time. The room was ok, bed too soft for me but that is personal. Very good breakfast.
The welcome at the desk after a long journey could have been better. Not friendly at all. It was better the next morning.

It was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
No kettle with tea/coffee in the room and the room felt cold.
I rang reception and they told me they couldn't put the heating on until the city council said it was ok. It was only 4 degrees and raining heavily! The date was 10th October. It was so cold.
