It’s really a very nice hotel, with a good bar, and good food in the restaurant.
The rooms are crazy small. If you have one of the newer hard sided suitcases that has to open up flat that is impossible. Or make sure you book a larger room!

Breakfast - Wow what a spread, they have something for everyone. This was hotel was my second day in Oslo and first time having a real European breakfast. I found myself just copying what other people were doing and grabbed some items that I liked as well. Room - They gave me a room on the second floor which was awesome of them made it easy for me to not have to take the elevator to get to my floor. Location - This hotel has several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store all within walking distance. Mind you, this hotel is also a place where they hold conferences so you may want to check your dates. Staff - The staff is more than helpful with any questions you may have during your stay.
The room is a bit small but it wasn't a huge problem. I could see it being a problem if there are two people in the room. Limited space to hang any items may be a problem if you're in town and you plan on eating out a couple of nights. I'm sure the hotel could make accommodations in getting more hangers.

The staff is very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious!
The rooms were very small and we needed a fan because it was so hot. The AC didn’t seem to work well but the kind person at the desk did provide us with a fan.

Breakfast was outstanding. Room was very comfortable and location was a short walking distance to the harbor which was good.
PARKING!! Underground garage below hotel was a nail biter and poorly designed for manueverability of an automobile. I have never been in a tighter (no space) parking garage in my life. Unthinkable that there was one single car width ramp which was expected to carry traffic down into the ramp and back up out of the ramp. Besides for almost scraping the side mirrors and corners of the rental car descending into the ramp, I had to partially back down the ramp (upon our exit) when another car was entering the ramp. Then he was barely able to get by me without hitting me or one of the structural columns. I did not expect that the most stressful moments of driving in Oslo would be getting into and out of a parking ramp.

Comfortable bed with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was the best I have EVER had at a hotel, and I travel a lot! The staff working the breakfast room were extremely fast and efficient, keeping the food selection filled. They even had several choices for gluten free. Dennis at check in was very helpful too. Location was important. Near the subway, 15 minute walk to the wharf, and 8 minutes from the Royal Palace. We saw a free Oslo Philharmonic concert at the Royal Palace!

Breakfasts is amazing, and everyone is service oriented.
There were no slippers or a foot towel in our room, which we found quite strange. After taking a shower, it could have been slippery and even dangerous without a towel to step on. We asked for slippers at the reception, but they said they didn’t have any. Honestly, it felt a bit odd for a hotel like this.

Staff was uniformly gracious and helpful; hot water is immediate and plentiful. Hotel is in a good location for access to Oslo's sights. The breakfast buffet is great
When the hotel is full the buffet space is too small and breakfast feels chaotic. The rooms are very small and hard for two people to share. Some poor design decisions compound the problem. More shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and a second luggage rack rather than a pullout bed would make a big difference

Was easy to find, close to train stations, quiet, comfortable bed, great bathroom, best hotel breakfast ever, restaurants and groceries very close, staff friendly and efficient, great amenities for traveling.
We would have liked more room darkening curtains/shades.

Hotel is in a quiet and lovely location, 2min to grocery store, cafe, 10min to Royal palace, center. 15min to central station. 5min to the bus stop to Unity arena. There is an elevator. Our room was ready earlier, so they allowed us to check in earlier. Family Room is enought size, with no noise from the street. Heated floor in the bathroom, comfortable bed, tv, tea/coffee.
