Wonderful
Stuff! They are really soul of this place. Also, interior's design and breakfast are super exellent
The kettle and couple of cups can be great improvement for the room!

Location was good. Prices compared to nearby properties are slightly low. Breakfast was the best part. They have good variety for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian travellers. Okay for solo travellers but not for families. Definitely not for kids. The kebab restaurant near the hotel was a saviour.
The rooms were too small and galleries were suffocating. I had to change my room as it did not open to fresh air. Definitely not for claustrophobic people. I was lucky that they changed my room to street view with windows opening to fresh air. However that will depend on availability. The wall papers and aesthetics gave scary vibes.
There are No electric kettles, not even a cup in the room. No instant coffee/tea packets. Such facilities are bare minimum. No toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush.
I had to bring hot water from dispenser near reception. Funny thing is that they dont even keep paper cups near dispenser and one has to ask each time from reception!

Exceptional
Breakfast - Wow what a spread, they have something for everyone. This was hotel was my second day in Oslo and first time having a real European breakfast. I found myself just copying what other people were doing and grabbed some items that I liked as well.
Room - They gave me a room on the second floor which was awesome of them made it easy for me to not have to take the elevator to get to my floor.
Location - This hotel has several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store all within walking distance. Mind you, this hotel is also a place where they hold conferences so you may want to check your dates.
Staff - The staff is more than helpful with any questions you may have during your stay.
The room is a bit small but it wasn't a huge problem. I could see it being a problem if there are two people in the room. Limited space to hang any items may be a problem if you're in town and you plan on eating out a couple of nights. I'm sure the hotel could make accommodations in getting more hangers.

Very Good
Only 16minutes walk from the Central station and easy to find. It's location is good to explore either sides of the city. There's very good local minimarkets nearby to buy snacks/lunches. The room was smaller than I expected but it was very comfortable and all I needed. I ate in the hotel each night, it has a small menu but the food was very good. The buffet breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day!
My bathroom reminded me of a cabin on a ship, very small, but everything worked fine.

The rude reception and no toiletries except soap and conditioner.. the rooms are crampy with no space, literally moving through the bed to go the other side..

The staff is very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious!
The rooms were very small and we needed a fan because it was so hot. The AC didn’t seem to work well but the kind person at the desk did provide us with a fan.

Room was very comfortable and location was a short walking distance to the harbor which was good.
PARKING!!
Underground garage below hotel was a nail biter and poorly designed for manueverability of an automobile. I have never been in a tighter (no space) parking garage in my life. Unthinkable that there was one single car width ramp which was expected to carry traffic down into the ramp and back up out of the ramp. Besides for almost scraping the side mirrors and corners of the rental car descending into the ramp, I had to partially back down the ramp (upon our exit) when another car was entering the ramp. Then he was barely able to get by me without hitting me or one of the structural columns. I did not expect that the most stressful moments of driving in Oslo would be getting into and out of a parking ramp.

The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The room was equipped with everything you need: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, iron and ironing board. The bed was great, I slept very well.
We had a room on the 2nd floor, and the view outside was obstructed by a billboard advertising events hosted by the hotel. I don't understand why they chose to put that billboard in front of the room windows, instead of putting it lower down, above the hotel entrance, or on the hotel.
