The breakfast
There welasn''t refrigerator in the room, it was two cold , even though I asked for more heating, I was need it 2 duvets to feel warm.Also the hotel wasn't provide any slipers, or wirdrobe and the room was quite small. I ASKED for cleaning the room , The only thing they were doing is to change towels.

Uncomfortable bed mattress, broken items including broken iron wire, which can be dangerous if you touch it, no option to control temperature in the room, as even the window cannot be opened.

Excellent location for exploring the city and close to transport. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, providing maps and directions. Breakfast was excellent.
No fridge in room. OK this time of year but not so good in summer.

The breakfast was good, check in was fast and we were allowed an early check in
There room temperature was not right and there was no way to control it within the room. Though we stayed 2 nights no one cleaned the room during the entire duration. There was no way of contacting the reception or housekeeping from the room as there was no intercom or phone. There was a problem with their card machine at checkout and the person at the desk was rude. No Visa card was going through and we had to use an Amex card that we had to finally check out. However, the day we checked in my Visa card was charged with the entire stay room tariff (for 2 nights) automatically.

couldnt stay there the first night there was a leak which meant I got to. bed late, but the staff tried very hard and well to reduce the inconvenience

It’s really a very nice hotel, with a good bar, and good food in the restaurant.
The rooms are crazy small. If you have one of the newer hard sided suitcases that has to open up flat that is impossible. Or make sure you book a larger room!
