Location was great, walked to all main attractions with 8yr old daughter. Breakfast really is excellent! lots of variety and quality food, gets busy after 9am at weekends but not a problem. Staff friendly and provided good information. Travelled with husband and daughter, room was big enough to accommodate double sofa bed and great for a three night stay. Room had kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board. Used sauna, have to switch on and set temperature via keypad, we all really enjoyed it. Supermarket opposite hotel was convenient. Ate in hotel restaurant one night and would recommend. If I visit Oslo again I would stay in this hotel.

A very positive note goes to the breakfast, which was varied and generous, offering a good selection and a pleasant start to the day.
the room was on the small side, but comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay like ours.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was rather disappointing. Room cleaning is not automatic but on request. Despite having explicitly requested room cleaning, the service was not carried out properly.
Having to ask for housekeeping in a three-star hotel is already somewhat surprising; the way the service was carried out was less than acceptable.
