Excellent location. Very quiet. Friendly and available staff. Extraordinary breakfast with a lot of and diverse availability. Comfortable enough room for a couple with two children. Hotel chain to repeat when in Norway.

Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy access to T-bane (trains to Oslo).

The bed was comfortable. Nice shower room. Breakfast was good. Near to train station.
Not a good atmosphere or friendly check in on arrival.
I booked two queen sized rooms, one which was very compact to the other room.
The hotel was very dark inside, especially the corridors, which were full of trolleys full of bedding and towels. A bag of rubbish left by the lifts.
A massive fire risk especially stored outside the lift area. The hotel needs alot of maintenance and updating, as the linoleum flooring outside the lift area and inside the lifts had holes in it.
Disappointed that having read there was a restaurant on site and being told at check in it was closed on the weekend, we decided to go to the restaurant on the Monday, but told there was no restaurant in operation, just a bar that only served cocktails.
I stayed at a Scandic by Copenhagen airport and it was superb and was expecting the same here…..sadly I was very disappointed.
