Expensive and still wanted extra 200 kr to check in at 2 hours before checkin time at 16hrs. Strange they can give a room if you pay kr 200, this means they have room ready.

Easy access to train station and downtown.
We were initially given two rooms that were small with no central air that were stifling hot. After some discussion the staff acknowledged that the rooms were subpar and switched our rooms.

The central location, 5 mins from the train station
4 pm check in and the request for 200 NOK for a checkin at 2 pm. The hotel is generally dated and needs a facelift. Weird layout of the room (318). Windows are looking at windows of other rooms, so not possible to open curtains. TV is placed against the window and it is across a wall. Impossible to watch. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was crummy. For the kind of price we paid, I'd expect a lot more. Other than location, not good value for the money.

Hotel is perfectly located if you’re in Oslo for a short stay. Just across the central railway station, main attractions are walking distance.
Room was not as clean as you would expect from a large hotel chain.

The location is very close to the train station so hauling luggage was fairly easy. The people at the front desk were very helpful and allowed us to store our bike suitcases while we toured Norway.

Located near public transportation, centrally located. Breakfast is well stocked and has a very good variety of food
Room was small, had stairway to access room once door was opened, no Air Conditioning/fan, tiny shower.

Breakfast fabulous: buffet with every kind of food imaginable. British breakfast: fried eggs, baked beans, oatmeal ; Norwegian breakfast: boiled eggs, cold salmon, 3 cheeses, 2 kinds of ham, many fresh breads and crisp breads; yogurts and granolas, also a gluten free breakfast

It was in a central location and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb!
Due to foundation issues, the hallways, and even the rooms, were tilted. I had terrible vertigo as a result. I literally went and bought sea bands because I was getting so dizzy from the tilting of the rooms and hallways.
