Excellent room and breakfast. The location is a little way away from the harbour but walkable and there are many buses and trams passing by. Despite being surrounded by roads the location is amazingly quiet at night.
Some of the public areas could do with sprucing up a bit. The bar is not very welcoming. However, this would not put me off recommending this hotel as the rooms and breakfast area are really nice.

We loved this hotel, great location, old style but modern, staff were very friendly, and everyone was helpful.
Fridge was not cold enough, not helpful when you need to keep medications cold.

Well located, with a great breakfast and convenient access to the main attractions in Oslo.
We stayed for five nights, and unfortunately our room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay. I went to the reception several times to request room cleaning, including on two separate occasions when I specifically asked for housekeeping to come and clean the room, but this was never done.
As a result, I had to go down to reception myself to request fresh towels and basic daily amenities that should normally be replenished in the room. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the length of our stay.
There was also not enough storage space in the family room. For a family travelling with two children, the room had very limited wardrobe space, with only hangers provided and no practical drawers or additional storage for clothes and personal belongings.
We also had an early morning departure, and unfortunately the hotel did not provide breakfast boxes for our journey, despite us staying at the hotel for several nights.

The breakfast was very good! Wide variety of products. The bed was also very comfortable. Overall staying there was a positive experience, would definitely recommend.

The location was walking distance to good restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.
