Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, and the location close to the city was really good. 5-10 minutes on the tram from the city centre - 4 or 5 stops. The trams went every few minutes. There is an amazing Indian restaurant on the next street, with an italian and spanish restaurants too, and across the other side, there is a burger bar, which was also excellent. There is a convenience store at the side of the hotel also. The compact bathroom provides shower gel/shampoo and conditioner, which isn't listed on the description. (No shower hat though!)
The bed was very comfortable but unreasonably hot - after night 2 I realised it was the mattress cover which was way too warm. But that was the only concern.

Location was very good. You could walk from town or the tram was right outside. Staff very happy to provide milk for our cups of tea made in our room.

The location was fantastic as there were public transport stops right outside for both the trams and buses! There was so much choice for breakfast, we also liked the fact it was opposite a 7/11. The bed was very comfy and we loved having separate duvets!

The room and the bathroom were very clean, but there is very limited space. We only had cabin luggage, and there was nowhere to open the suitcases. The hotel is within walking distance from the centre.

i like the theme, very vintage like renaissance
a bit noisy, rooms are not sound proofed in and out so noise can be uncontrollable

The bathroom is large.
Lots of dirts on the bathroom windowsill. The bed sheet was not so clean.There was tram passing by just outside the hotel which could be vulnerable for light sleeper.
