The room was clean and comfortable.
Parking, and the hotel's complete unwillingness to take any responsibility for it.
There are only a handful of spaces, all paid. I paid 350 NOK for 24 hours on arrival. I then went out to meet a friend, and when I came back every space was gone — despite having already paid for the full day. I spent roughly an hour driving around the surrounding streets looking for somewhere to leave the car, and ended up paying another 200 NOK elsewhere. That is 550 NOK for one night's parking, and an hour of my evening wasted.
What made it worse was the response at reception. Every time I asked for help I was told the same thing: the hotel doesn't own the car park, it belongs to a private company, and finding a space is my problem. No alternative suggested, no nearby garage recommended, no attempt to help at all. If you sell a room to guests arriving by car and your car park is run by someone else, that is still something you should be able to advise on.
I also watched roughly ten cars collect parking fines in the space of four hours outside the hotel. That tells you how unclear and badly managed the situation is, and the hotel apparently sees no reason to warn anyone.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff working there were highly professional and incredibly friendly.
The room was lovely; the only thing missing was a bigger fridge, which would have been really useful.

Too small compared to other Oslo hotels at same price, with the vintage shower doors making sounds like in a horror movie.
