I like that the room was specious and had tv, mini fridge and safe. It s near public transport and store. its located 3.5km from the city centre.
We didnt like that check in is from 4pm and room had big glass wall and balcony door that you couldnt open and none balcony. But it had lots of light.

People at reception were super good.
The restroom was not clean, parking spaces and cost were not properly communicated, there was nothing except for the bed even water wasn't there. No coffee bags etc.
I think this was one of my worse experiences with Scandic.

The breakfast was very good. Last time we stayed in May the breakfast was included. We were surprised to find out when we arrived that we would have to pay for it this time. We probably wouldn’t have bought it for each day but we had just got off the plane and were tired. The last day we asked if we could get a refund for that day because our taxi was due to arrive at the time they opened and they said no. I have to say the staff for the breakfast were awesome!
Knowing the breakfast wasn’t going to be included before we got there. More storage for clothes. Also we were told there is a fixed price of $90 for the taxi and we ended up paying $120 for the taxi to the airport. Mentioned the fixed price to the driver but that didn’t matter.

The location. It was near to the event i attended. The bed is comfy. Parking is cheaper i guess. Its 300+ for an overnight. Breakfast buffet was generous. Restaurant staff was so hjelpfull.
The sound of the toilet flush was loud enough to wake you. Steps from upstairs room can be heared in our room early in the morning. Might be a kid running around. Someone was trying to open our door around 11am, when check out are at 12.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was kind and supportive. The breakfast was good.
It was difficult to manage the lights. The window could not be opened. There was no wardrobe. The air-conditioner could not be adjusted. There were two tables, and one of them could be used for placing the luggage. However, this time, the person on the other side of the bed had to place their personal belongings on the chair.
