Welcoming staff. Included breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent for transport options to explore Oslo.
Room was extremely small for the price paid. Maybe it’s a Scandinavian approach? Refrigerator wasn’t that cold, especially when travelling with medication.

The foyer was busy on arrival but the concierge was calm and polite, and took time with me. I could have checked in using English but I tried my less-than-fluent Norwegian and he was patient and supportive while I did so. The room overlooked the main square in front of the main Oslo S train station which made access to and from the airport for an early flight no problem.
The room was relatively small and functional (as I expected) but it would have been nice to have had a little more space. The buffet breakfast was in an adjacent restaurant and the cooked food was rather cold.

Scandic hotels always good value. Staff always pleasant. Breakfasts invariably excellent. I wish we had Scandic hotels in New Zealand (although it would be a bit odd).

The location is super. In the heart of Oslo. Easy to transport, to Shop and to leissure

The location is perfect! Right in the center next to the train station.The family room has a beautiful view from the window you can see the opera! The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was great with a really large choice of options, location was very central by the station and room was very comfortable. Especially liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom

It was clean , comfy beds and in a great location, can walk to opera house and beach areas and right next to train station. Staff were very nice.
We got a take away breakfast for an early flight and it was not very good.

Because we came in on a train, and we’re leaving on a train, the location was excellent. Enough shops and restaurants as well.
