The Pillows. It’s always the pillows for us. I wish hotels generally would sort out this perennial problem. Might as well provide cotton wool!

Excellent location, close to all transport in Oslo. Great to have Egon restaurant next door for breakfast and other meals.

Location is pefect. Right next to entrance to railway station. In easy walking distance to the cathedral, the ford and restaurants. Friendly staff.
The room is a bit small. Only one chair, not handy for two persons.

Excellent location by Oslo Central Station and the main street (Karl Johans Gate) that leads to the palace and a short walk from the harbour for the Munch Museum and Oslo Opera house. Standard room is quite small but works fine. Fabulous breakfast at Egons, next door to the hotel. Price paid for a stay in May seemed good value for money.

Loved this hotel for it's location neer everything: station where you can arrive with the express train from the airport, supermarkets, shopping centre, restaurants, local transport, tourism information...
Room was perfect with children
Receptionist were very friendly and gave a lot of information
Breakfast was huge and very comfortable but can be busy around 8:30.

Great location by station, buses, and trams. Ferries nearby. 'Egon' restaurant is very handy for excellent breakfast and other meals.
