I think every aspect of the hotel was great: location, breakfast, staff, comfort of the room etc. The view of the room was the bonus. I believe all these positive aspects minimizes the importance of the size of the room, since it was a bit small.
It was not a major problem but a coffee machine in the room might be a plus.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a good size. The staff were kind and accomodating, absolutely zero complaints there. The location just cannot be beat, and the views from the room were lovely.
The breakfast is extremely basic, I wouldn't purchase it again.

The hotel location was fantastic, the staff were helpful and friendly. The decor ‘lounge/bar’ area was lovely with games for the children
Room was modern and clean and well presented.
Breakfast was brilliant!
The room was a little small for a family of four.

Perfect location, highly convenient for trains, buses, trams and exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choice, we also used the restaurant for evening meals.
The room was fine for a two night stay but limited storage space for clothes etc. would have been a problem if our stay was longer. There was only one chair in the room with insufficient space for a second one.

Excellent location and the room was small but had all we needed for three days
The level of room service and cleanness was low. The reception staff during the weekend was rude and could not deliver even very basic things like answering a call from the room or arranging the cleaning of the room in normal hours and not at 21.00.
