Super nice personnel, helpful service. They even upgraded my booking to a larger room, on the top floor! The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance from main attractions, metro/bus stops nearby. It’s also possible to store the luggage after check out. Definitely recommend it!

Free parking at the premises. If you are on time then you can park directly in front. Otherwise they have a parking garage not too far according to their description.
The area was quite silent. It is in an upscale neighbourhood which has a relatively large convenience store at the end of the street.
The curtains keep the room really dark even when it is bright outside.
The shower is very good - the water pressure and the heat are both very good. The bathroom was also quite large with floor heating.
The breakfast also deserves mention as long as the long breakfast hours - 8-11 on weekends, which means if you have an early church visit you can attend Sunday Mass and still come back for breakfast.
There is something for pretty much every one at the breakfast buffet. There could have been a greater offering of cakes, but I really can't complain. The dining room is sheltered away from noise and is very cosy. The view from the dining room is not spectacular as it is in the basement but ample food keeps one preoccupied, especially if one is with company.
They also have coffee for takeaway with paper cups which you can fill for free on your way out.
Paying extra for the breakfast is to be recommended, especially since Oslo is generally quite pricey and the breakfast should keep you stocked-up for the rest of the day.
The distance to the city is almost perfect - not too close as to be disturbed by the noise but close enough to count as walking distance.
The first room we had had a view of the back of the hotel and that view was not pleasant.
We asked to change and had a view of the street, which was quite pleasant, and the room was much larger as well - much more comfortable.
It was the best value-for-money from the options but I found it quite pricey...I guess that goes with the territory.

Free parking, location (20 minute walk from city centre), nice breakfast.
The smell from the kitchen in the morning through the inner garden (I believe the vents are there) it's a very unpleasant smell, you are forced to clean the windows.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with nice variety. Close to the royal palace so easy access to city center
