Fantastic breakfast. Could do with a concierge service but with all the online resources that's a small gripe.
Value for money? Well it's Norway so like everything else it's expensive unless you are a Norwegian ;-)

air condition leaking from 3am
house keeping staff just took additional key which we left in the room
our request for 1 hour additional late check responded without double check by the staff.
we can provide pictures of leaking in the room which caused water in the floor
the staff should be more attentive especially if any technical issue in the room, we don’t ask for compensation and only 1 hour additional for late check out !

Breakfast was tasty, varied and plentiful
Comfortable bed
Door mechanism failed and we were unable to access our room for an hour - it was Sunday early evening and there was no duty manager or technician on site.
Had to request for room to be hoovered - the daily clean was not thorough and despite requesting the bathroom supplies (shower body wash etc) were not topped up as they were empty upon arrival.

Beds weren’t made up for the entire stay. The kettle has burnt stain inside and aircon can’t be adjusted resulting in a quite warm room during summer

Staff were helpful, not too crowded.
I stayed with family, had 2 young kids, lots of bags we had. But no one helped for handling those. I had to get the Trolley and took them to the room and did same at the check out!
Other than IP can say its a good stay!
