Only good thing about this hotel was it's location as it's close to the public transport hub and many attractions are nearby. Rest everything about our two night stay here was nightmare from the start with check-in.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked and prepaid for a Superior Room with a terrace for my spouse’s birthday, yet the check‑in staff claimed there was no note about it and sent us on a confusing “upgrade” to the 22nd floor—accessible only by stairs, with dirty carpets, no towels, and a stuffy room. After refusing this so‑called upgrade, we waited over an hour for another room, only to be given one without a terrace. Another hour later, we were moved again to a large family room we never asked for, which felt uncomfortable and creepy with a empty large sofa bed beside our bed.
Housekeeping standards were poor, and the staff member at reception was unempathetic, dismissive, and acted like he was doing us a favour despite this being a prepaid reservation. After three hours of inconvenience, we still didn’t get the room we booked. Absolutely pathetic service—I would never recommend this hotel.

Disappointing
Bed was comfortable.
Shower did not drain properly and would flood the bathroom. No soap in body wash bottle. Bathroom door would not open from inside leaving person trapped. Bathroom was tiny. Got a wake up call at 7am which I did not request.

Excellent location in Oslo with friendly staff. Sauna, gym, and pool is a huge plus and are very nice facilities. Bed is comfortable and staff is friendly.
Air conditioning kept shutting off in the room while sleeping as it thought the room was unoccupied - not very welcome in the summer heat.

Good location!
The guy from reception Federik told me the slippers is not for free. I needed to purchase. I was kind shocked. But later when I went again, his colleague told me it’s free and gave me one pair. I don’t know what’s happening here.

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see or take the public transportation. A car is not necessary. The hotel itself was very nice and the room was comfortable. The room is a nice size. We were only there for 2 nights before we headed home, so it was perfect for our needs.
The pull-out couch was not comfortable at all for sitting. We did not need an extra bed in the room, but thought we would be able to use the pull-out couch to watch the TV. We opted to use the two individual chairs that were in the room as they were more comfortable.

Disappointing
Location was property was great.
While the parking garage is outsourced to a third party, it is attached to the Radisson. Unfortunately, the electric vehicle chargers were completely out of order. When we asked for help, the reception staff couldn't assist us or even recommend alternative charging locations nearby. It was a very frustrating experience; we wasted nearly 4 to 5 hours trying to figure out a solution that could have been easily resolved with some basic local guidance.
