Proximity to the city. Cleanliness.
I had booked this hotel before Christmas, but was informed that the hotel would be closed and my reservation was transferred to Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel 15 mins drive away.
Getting a new confirmation for the other hotel seemed impossible and left us very uncertain if everything with the booking was ok.
The new hotel was not informed of the room choices, and first, we were offered a double room instead of the wished twin bed room. We were then moved to a room with twin beds, which was located between two elevators. The sound in the room was as if having a metro station on each side of the walls. We were offered ear plugs. Overall, it was really not the best Christmas stay over experience.

10 - 12 minutes away from Oslo's city center. K-Circle shop with 24/7 meters from main entrance.
Friendly staff, and good sized rooms. I decided to extend the stay with this hotel vs going to my next reservation.

The room was not cleaned properly. We found a plastic box next to the bed and a chewed gum in the toilet.

In Genreal the hotel is good enough for a night or two stay.
There is a metro station with a direct line to the city centre, at a walkable distance.
The recepcionst who checked us in was very gentle & professional.
The room size for 4 pax. was a bit scarce.

Pet-friendly, comfy beds, close to highway which was the main reason to book it.
500NOK pet fee was demanded at check-in despite not being informed of this, very long waiting time for the restaurant service, free parking does not mean free parking. Much more affordable to stay somewhere else next time.
