Best part was the location, Alna lake in the neighborhood is a mesmerizing place for families
Lady at the breakfast counter was adorable she took special care of my children
Washroom, it lacked complete partition for shower, also tiles looked outdated, need some renovation.

The room was clean,
The customer service at the reception was very disappointing. One of the receptionists was not helpful at all. She refused to assist me, and I also saw that she didn’t help the five guests who came after me. I don’t understand why she was sitting at the reception if she wasn’t willing to help guests. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed quality was good. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast offered good value for money.
Our check-in experience was very disappointing. At first, the receptionist could not find our reservation because our name did not match the booking details compared to booking.com. We later discovered that our room had mistakenly been checked in under another guest’s name. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied, which was extremely embarrassing for us and uncomfortable for the guest staying there. This was also a serious privacy and security concern. We had to return to reception and wait for another room.
On the second day, our room key stopped working. When we reported it, the receptionist was rude and argumentative, suggesting that keeping the card near a mobile phone or another device might have caused the problem. Regardless of the cause, we expected it to be handled politely and professionally.

The room was spacious, with a nice interior. Apples, cookies and water at the reception. Soft bed. Clean room. Iron in the room and lots of hangers.
The room was a little too warm. Gym was tiny. Misunderstanding with a room appointment - the third one was a charm, but personnel were really nice and got an upgrade.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference. The location is amazing especially that it’s very close to Lutvann.
The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
If you are an Arab and don’t speak English, don’t worry at all. The hotel has two of the kindest receptionists I have ever met: Mohammed and Ibrahim. They both speak Arabic and will gladly help you with anything you need, from check-in to the best recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and making the most of your entire stay.
A very special thank you to my brothers, Mohammed and Ibrahim. Thank you for everything—for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. You truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
I didn’t like that after checkout, I left my luggage in the storage room at reception. When I came back, the room was unlocked and accessible to anyone. They have to be more careful about locking that door and not leaving it open, as it could cause problems if someone’s belongings go missing.

only one staff member was really nice and supportive and that was Barrah
The location was okay, but the hotel staff was very rude and not helpful at all we have to struggle a lot for so many things it was a complete money waste. Also no options for veg people. Not as per the price.

Disappointing
The hotel is located next to the highway, with a gas station right in front. There was loud music throughout the night from customers at the gas station, in addition to a fairly noisy air conditioner in the room, so we didn’t get much sleep.
The room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned, including the bathroom.
The breakfast was poor.
Parking was expensive and not included in the room price.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and the hotel is few minutes walk from the metro station.
We had booked a double size bedroom but were given a two single-bed bedroom for two nights. When we reported this we were simply told "the hotel is fully booked" which is simply unacceptable since we had booked the room plenty of time in advance. Also, the staff at the reception was very cold and not helpful at all.
Even when we had a question on the TV we were told again "the hotel is fully booked and we have no one to send you". Not the level of hospitality we expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing.
