The staff were very friendly and kind. I liked the lobby and its fireplace. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is located next to the river and is a nice place to walk around, enjoy nature, and relax with the sound of the fall water. The bus station and tram are next to the hotel; it is easy to get them. The city centre and the central station are around 15 minutes' travelling. The neighbourhood is really nice and quiet, which is excellent if you want to relax or sleep late.
The cleaning staff couldn't clean my room in the morning, and then they never did until the next day. In my experience at other hotels, the cleaning staff typically return later in the day or in the afternoon to change towels and remove garbage.

Radisson Blu brand so expected it to be comfortable. Can’t understand the rationale for the central climate control though.
Bed is way too soft
Not the most central of the Radisson Blu’s available but very close to the metro.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. They are always willing to help and go that extra mile for their customers. The hotel location is wonderful with so many amenities nearby. The train station is just beside the hotel. it makes traveling much easier. there are also shopping malls near the hotel. The supermarket near the hotel is perfect. The bar at the hotel itself is also wonderful especially when there are events.

Great location good place. Dirty rooms never cleaned well.
Staff lied to us about our upgrade and said that i miss understood after i have agreed with her to transfer us to new room.
Her collegue was super nice and moved us into what we wanted but she straight lied to avoid responsibility! Probably the room was not ready this is why she lied! We would have understand but to lie!

Location, good spacious room.
It wasn't clean, the fridge and bathrooms wasn't cleaned properly, toalett paper was not changed and left empty.
I booked late check out and keys was not working anymore even before normal check out time, cleaning personal was coming in to the room few times even if it was booked for late check out. It was unpleasant.

A well equipped hotel with a decent breakfast.
The room was not fully cleaned after previous guest and one bed was used. This actually happened also last time I stayed at this hotel.

breakfast, room,
dinner menu and quality at the bar is so low that it would be better not to offer any food at all. A dried out microwave pizza for 400 NOK taints the overall impression of "good value" the hotel otherwise delivers.
