I had a really nice experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Nydalen. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I stayed with my sister, and she really loved the hotel as well. As I also work for Radisson Blu at another property, I especially appreciated the friendly service and the overall quality of the stay.
There was honestly nothing major that I disliked about the property. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Everything was more than super.
The location is fantastic. Right in front of you there is the T-Bahn station and also the bus station.
Adjacent to the Hotel is kind of a shopping center with coop supermarket and caffees.
The bed is super comfy. Maybe the only thing missing was a mini bar.
No mini bar in the room.

Excellent breakfast. Bed linen and towels were very white. The metro station across the street made getting around the city quick and easy. Using Oslo`s public transport app (Ruter) is convenient a buying tickets very easy. It is impossible not to mention very kind hotel staff
The hotel was a little hard to find. The floor carpet is a bit worn.

Noisy, no one at the desk in the evening to report noise. Night receptionist was not helpful with directions for arrival.

The area is modern and there is small river near the hotel, it has access to metro station.
The staff were not welcoming, and the reception desk was often unattended. We frequently had to wait for someone to come and assist us.
Before our arrival, I requested an extra bed, and the hotel confirmed by email that it would be available. However, when we checked in, they told us it was not available.
The room was not properly stocked. There were not enough bath towels, floor towels were often missing, no dental kits were provided, and the coffee supplies were not replenished during our stay.
When I called the reception to request the missing towels, I was told to come to the reception desk and collect them myself, instead of having them delivered to the room.
