Very Poor
Really poor stay there. Shower leaked all over our bathroom. Staff was not friendly or helpful.
Very loud crowds at 3am making a lot of noise which woke us up. Would not recommend for a family.

The hotel's location was fantastic. It's in a very convenient spot for getting everywhere. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean.

GREAT location, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice staff, fast elevator, main beds were very comfy and soft - BUT if you want 3 person room with sofa bed - read negatives. Outlets next to a bed (which is not that obvious in hotels) with usb and usb c - great.
Sofa bed for third person was THE WORST bed I've ever tried to sleep in. I know, sofas are usually not great, I get it, but this was the hardest bed ever. Like wood plank with sheets. I just didn't sleep. Main beds were like soft clouds and I just tried to sleep with my adult kids with them on the main bed, because it was just hurtful to lie on sofa bed. A/C didn't work. Weather was fine for no A/C, but because we tried to sleep in one bed as three people - it was too hot so we tried to cool down the room (window was open as much as it was letting).

Centrally located, great breakfast, all the important things, no extras - amenities or charges
A small eats and a food pantry open late would be nice. There are convenience stores less than a block away, but that shouldn’t deter from the hotel offering a late night treat on their premises

Great location for transit, tourist sites, stores. Room as advertised. Balcony upgrade was nice. Good breakfast with variety. Nice shower.
