Quiet rooms. Eco awareness.
The breakfast was limited. The bathroom sink is tiny. No air conditioning but they provide fans upon request

Very beautiful room. Bathroom was very small, but environmentally friendly and well equipped - body oils, creams, toothbrush.
Expensive breakfast +coffee for extra. Also food on the buffet was not fresh any more

The cosyness of the hotel-you feel " at home " very fast.

Everything was very fine-just a minor issue was the shower.It was rather difficult to adjust the temperature.

The rooms were beautiful and the location very convenient
Breakfast was very expensive and did not even include a good coffee. We are usually not very hungry in the morning and mainly went for breakfast because we wanted a good coffee. But then we were told that this costs extra to the already high prize which was very disappointing.

Arrived close to midnight and were warmly welcomed at the reception where all our questions were answered and helpful information was provided.
We support their eco-friendly efforts.
Rooms are small. Good enough for a 1 night stay.
Somethings can be upgraded - carpeting in elevator for example.

The staff are unprofessional in and out. Greeting and helping the guests get settled by telling them what they need to know should be a given.
Adding to it they were all dressed like civilians without a name/badge any form of identification or detail/color to let you know who’s who. None of them answered hotel questions without a bit of hesitancy in their voice either making the feeling worse.
Cleaning staff asking us every morning if it’s check-out day was also unprofessional because normally you’d have a list and not stop guests on their way out to ask this?
During breakfast I heard staff gossip loudly about guests they don’t like while trying to enjoy my morning.
The location is on a sad backstreet, luckily not a far walk from bus or tram but still dirtier than most of central.
Rooms also lack AC, tea kettle and soundproofing.

Location convenient.
Bed comfortable with great TV and hanging space for clothes, room for shoes.
No air conditioning and curtains did not block out light - difficult in warm summer months.
