Very good breakfast (until 9am.) The metro station is near the hotel.
Our room was worn/old, noisy and the ventilation was dirty. The sink drain was leaking. The shower holder didn't work and water ran all over the bathroom. I paid too much for this hotel. The hotels before and after this hotel showed me how it should be done!

The Location is very good. The property is easily accessible by local Tram/Train There is a lake near by where you can sit back and relax for a while or probably go for a walk. The Breakfast in Hotel is good.
The preference for quiet room was not met could hear some sound. The floor was bit sticky, but can be managed.

Breakfast had enough fruits for healthy mix with takeaway coffee.
No sound isolation between rooms, no carpets in halls and room making it really noisy.
Room design and cantina resembled dorms, rather than hotel.

What we liked the most was the beautiful landscape and the excellent breakfast the hotel is offering. Also super close to the metro
The hotel couldn't accept both of our visa cards and we had to find other ways to pay.

Staff was very co-operative regarding the refund for the extra booked room. The stay was comfortable with good breakfast options.
Rooms were not available as those shown during booking in booking.com which led to inconvenience and cancellation of the extra room

The property was clean with exceptional staff and convenient location. Commute to the City Sentrum was perfect with the metro just 200m from the hotel and travelling directly to the city centre.

Breakfast was as buffet. You can use the cafateria also later during the day and you can use other facilities as microwave oven, tea or coffee machine, and you can store some food in the fridge. Area around lake is very nice and suitable for running/swimming. From tram stop next to hotel it is just 20min to city centre.

Big Fitness, lake nearby, train station nearby in 20 min. In the heart of Oslo. Great breakfast
Hanged the sign clean room on the door. Whole day gone, room not cleaned, asked about it, lady at the reception was going to fix it. Away from 17.00 till 19.30 she forgot. So we had to wait in the breakfast room. Coming in to the room and only new towels and the bed made. No cleaning at all.
In the evening 23.00 loud banging with doors. Checked and same lady was checking rooms?
Beds are to small. I'm 193 and had problems sleeping

Location was excellent for travel into Oslo. Lots of free parking spaces. Breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The room had a broken window catch. The bathroom door handle was broken and an extra-long spindle was held in place by a plastic bag - the door couldnt be closed. There was no handset for the TV. The furniture was very functional and basic.
However, most worrying of all was that there was no bath mat and the main room was not carpeted. Stepping out of the shower and over the step to the main room, I slipped and had a serious fall that required a trip to hospital. That said, the staff were very helpful in providing bags of ice.
