Clean, friendly staff, close to public transport
Did not like the feel of the neighborhood. We were on the ground level floor and the rooms were so hot and with the window open people would stop and look in the room, very uncomfortable. Did not feel comfortable leaving window open at night and the room was unbearablely hot. Would not recommend for summer weather. Small bathroom and shower sprayed everywhere including all over the in room hair dryer which did not feel safe. Would not stay again.

Good value, free coffee and tea was nice, comfortable lobby, linens (contrary to the description) were included. Everything we technically needed. The staff was nice and we were allowed to store our luggage.
We had a kitchen that we couldn't use but the biggest issue was that it was super loud! We could hear people in the next room talking at 4am in the morning (!!) To the point that someone started banging like crazy at their doors probably waking up the whole floors. Plus since it was pretty warm (and no AC) we kept the windows open and the noise from the street was also very loud (we were on the second floor).

Unhelpful staff. We lost our AI glasses in the room we stayed in and I asked them a several times to look and let me know. Nobody ever got back to me!

Convenient to subway and bus lines and mall with restaurants, etc. Breakfast was decent, and common area workspaces were pleasant especially between meal hours. Room was simple, functional, elegant design. Friendly staff.
First room's bathroom smelled strongly of mold, with black mold visible on ceiling. Was quickly moved to another room, which was larger but had a non-specific funky smell. Fortunately, just kept the balcony door open. Also, I'm not a tourist here, but if you are a tourist, you might want something even a little more central.

The location is easy to reach with public transport or even by foot. Front desk staff was professional when I mentioned my complaints.
The room was not really clean. When I came in, there was an unpleasant smell. Under the bed there was a ton of dust and hair and also underneath the topper, and I found some used snus in the room as well.
The room was also very warm. I couldn't regulate the temperature, and the thermostat showed 25 degrees which was just too warm.

Exceptional
It was basic, but perfect. I spent most of the day outside, so for a 7-day stay, it has everything you need. The staff were friendly. The property is close to public transport.
The restaurant at the hotel was open/ closed at weird times, I never really figured out how to get breakfast. The room really only had what you need and nothing more, maybe just a kettle for coffee in the morning would be nice.

Nice and friendly staff
Fridge and lights fuse went, mold on the bathroom roof, toilet roll holder fell off wall and fell on my foot (ouch), tv channels didnâ≢t work, mold growing in the shower corner. Elevator broke down.

It's located very close to the TÃÂøyen subway station making it very easy to get around the city
There were many things in the room and bathroom which were falling apart and were ignored even after bringing them to the attention of the staff.

Simple, easy location with car.
If you book it under Norwegian hotel you do NOT have breakfast included, if you book as Bestwestern, breakfast is Included. Neither Hotel brand specifically says Breakfast included or not. Staff was very unreasonable on this topic.
