The hotel was adequate. The breakfast was excellent. The room seemed dirty and it was quite loud at night from the bar downstairs. It would have been nice to get a few more towels.

Great location as it was close to many of the sites and restaurants which were walkable from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms and public areas. The staff were also very friendly. Also the included buffet breakfast was great!

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast spread was good.
Poor Front Office/Reception customer service. I was given a room right across a noisy laundry room. My sleep was interrupted as laundry was running and it made a really loud noise. I informed Front Office and was initially told that it will be addressed. Time passed and the laundry/noise continued. I went down to the Front Office to raise it again and was told that they can't stop the laundry and had to finish it. How inconsiderate and unacceptable. I had to demand to be transferred to another room. I raised the issue to the Hotel Manager, unfortunately no reply.

We enjoyed this hotel enough to cancel another hotel we booked in Oslo 2 weeks later.
Like most restaurants in Norway the on-site restaurant was closed when we arrived Sunday evening. Most of the restaurants which were open in the area were fully booked or closing their kitchens

Excellent room in a happening part of town, close to the Nobel Peace Museum and the art museum.
The parking garage is a few blocks away.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful.
On a warm/hot evening, it would be hard to sleep with the window open due to the train and other traffic. With window closed it was nice and quiet.
