-They clean the room twice daily. -Location is near tram stop and train station.
- Breakfast was mediocre and the same everyday. - I had higher expectations of the customer services from ground staffs and front desk considering the exorbitant price. They were nonchalant and unwelcoming. - considering the price to value of the five star hotel, it was not worth it.

The hotel itself and the location. Fantastic room, amazing bed and very goob breakfast

Nice locations , nice breakfast , with good service .
They put us in the old room with bad view, where construction site it was very noisy with too much door banging. It was located in the 7th floor , bad pillows with noisy duvet.

Location was great, staff was very nice at check-in and at ordering a taxi, room was very clean
Room service was really disappointing - after 10pm or so they had a single type of sandwich (cold shrimp) and seemed to be reluctant in selling it

Spacious and clean room with firm mattress and comfy duvet. Very nice and friendly receptionists - offered to help carrying the luggage; brought the food delivery I ordered from Wolt to my room). Also asked for feedback when I checked out. Decent breakfast - my favourite are there are fresh fruits (e.g. passion fruits) to choose from, and they’d give you a pot of coffee.
No sauna or pools, but that’s ok. There’s a gym but I didn’t go. The double bed is actually two single beds put together - and there are two single-sized duvets instead of a double-sized one. But that wasn’t horrible either. The waiters at the breakfast would come and collect the plates before I finished it - kind of caught me by surprise.

Location was perfect. Tram and bus stops in front. Can walk to many major attractions. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Also very near port making it ideal for a pre or post cruise stay.
No air condition, and although temperature was perfect, we had a location at the front and if windows were open you can hear street noises until 4 am
