Poor
I booked a one night say at this hotel. While going to bed, I discovered there were bed bugs on and around the mattress. I went to the concierge and immediately left, and was told that there would be no issue in receiving a refund but that I would have to request it through Booking.com. Booking.com has since told me the hotel rejected the refund and I have not received a response from hotel services.

Good
I liked the breakfast very much, staff was friendly.
I stayed in room 618. The shower was uncomfortably tiny. The night from Saturday to Sunday was incredibly noisy, a rock concert ??? until after midnight. That was really unpleasant.

It is true-the breakfast was awesom. The gym was superb, I made myselt wake up in time to make sure I used it. Generally the facilities were of high quality.
Cost of access to the spa.

The hotel was outstanding. Beautiful room. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel. Absolutely delicious. Our friends who were traveling with us concurred and we are all seasoned travelers.
The hotel was perfection.

Very Poor
Reception welcome was good and the reception staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was good.
I have waited a week for a response to my complaint (to which I have had none) before posting this review in the hope that it might have been remedied. Let this be a cautionary tail to you before you book!
The hotel hosted a wedding during our stay. The music was so loud that our possessions and some of the furniture in the room were vibrating with the base. I went down to reception at 23:30 to complain and was told alongside multiple other unhappy guests that it would continue until 01:30. This was also not true.
I asked for a refund of the night we were unable to sleep and was told to email the manager. I've not had a response other than a message through booking.com to thank me for my understanding. Well, there was no understanding - before, during or afterwards. All I know is that we did not sleep and that I would like a refund for the night where the disturbance was significant and according to Norwegian's equivalent of trading standards / consumer laws, we were sold a room to be able to sleep in which due to a known event, we were unable to sleep in and were not offered an alternative. If you want a restful stay, do NOT stay here.
