I actually only stayed 2 nights , I checked out on the 17th not 18th , I was there with a big group of people .
The staff at The Bristol was unable to help me or help me with contacting Bookings.com to reimburse me for the night I didn’t stay . Can you help by chance ?

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very helpful indeed.
No porterage. Due to strike no restaurant for evening meal. The room wasn’t going to be cleaned unless specifically requested. These areas were disappointing.

We were really pleased with the DeLuxe. It's a charming hotel in a very convenient location. Love the theme and the Driftwood Room bar is worth the trip alone. The highlight was the front desk staff: Aidan and Alex were super helpful and cheerful. Was a nice welcome after a long day.
My only teeny complaint was that the pillows were super overstuffed and I wish there had been more variety of pillows to choose from in the room as it was late before I realized it. Minor complaint for otherwise great stay.

The location is perfect. They served a very good breakfast as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
They gave us a room with no view, actually there was a little window overlooking the inner yard and it smelled like food from the pipes that were nearby. The room size doesn't correspond to a 5star hotel.
