Spacious rooms. Great location.
There was no service with the suitcases and a long walk with heavy luggage to the rooms.
There was no meat on the menu in the restaurant.

AC wasn’t working properly, breakfast was average very busy, super loud music festival every night until 4am (not their fault). Staff in general were ok. Not super attentive or helpful, nice rooms but AC wasn’t working properly and beds super soft so won’t be back

The location is fabulous. It’s exceptionally clean. Staff are lovely. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Great location for shopping and food.
Terribly inconvenient with a car and luggage. We had to park several blocks away. The elevators didn’t look very clean. Walls need repainting and rooms were not convenient.

Location was very good. Staff were pleasant. Everywhere was clean.
Spa was extra cost, did the realise and was disappointed.
Tea and coffee in the room was not generous, had to ask every day for extra tea bags. Milk was powdered, disappointing.
