Good location of the hotel, the room is very clean and comfortable. suitable for long stays. The room is very warm. Comfortable bed. All available household items that made it possible to cook.
Terrible internet connection. It was impossible to work, the Internet kept disappearing. There is no socket near the bed, which is extremely inconvenient. The room was cleaned extremely rarely; it was not clear what to do with the garbage for 4 days.

Exceptional apartment. Very stylish, clean and spacious. It has all necessary amenities. Location was excellent - just a few minutes by tram to the Opera house. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood and the closeness of public transport.
To be honest I didn't like at all the fact of doing checkin and checkout with a machine. The girls that are at the office are not as nice as the should be and the look very busy to take care of you. The warmness of people at the office when you arrive is not what happened when we got there. I could see people from outside waiting to be attended while one of the gils at the office was with the computer.
You pay to be received by a person and not by a machine as a one star appartment.
Later on, I asked for a chair because we were three at the apartment and we only had two and, although finally I got it, they first told me that werent sure to be able to get it....
Not professional people working there, not even nice to be in such a place in front of clients. Just young girls.
