Plenty of space at a good price and good location close to metro. Comfortable.
Stairs were difficult for my elderly parents and children. No air conditioning, which meant leaving windows open. Some were skylights, which would let the rain in. Some were low to the ground and would be easy for a child to fall out. Seemed really unsafe. Not enough towels. Washer made clothes smelly.

Really nice area in Oslo to stay. 10 min walk to the main touristic areas. Personnel were nice and helpful during check in and check out. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. A very convenient 7-eleven is 50 m away.
As a suggestion, I would be good to provide more shower gel and shampoo, particularly for the day of arrival.

The location is nice. Easy access to the city using bus and tram just a couple min from the building Good value for money. The bakery a few meters down is serves morning-fresh bread and pastry to pick up for breakfast
The ekstra sofabed for the boys was squeeking .The other beds were nice. Traveling as a family of five, I would appriciate the staff leaving more than one dishwasher-tablet for a two- night stay

Great location, felt very safe walking around day and evening. A 7-11 at end of road for transport tickets, Supermarket 5 min walk with good range. Excellent pizzeria restaurant 2 mins away. Close to tram stops. Breakfast was OK, fresh juice, sandwich and piece of fruit (1 underripe nectarine every day for 5 days). Kitchen had the basics for self catering. Beds were comfortable.
Electrics didnt work as they should have done. There was a buzzing noise which when I flagged with reception they told me to flip the trip switch off for that area which meant we had to plug in lamps to see in the kitchen. Reception lady tried to help but didnt get back to us on the buzzing noise and had to be chased, directed us the wrong way to the supermarket etc. only 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days. Was hot in the apartment and if you opened the velux windows the wooden floors got wet when it rained. Families with small children should be aware of the low level windows with no safety catches when open.
