We were really happy with this apartment. It was easy to gain access. It was centrally located close to the train station and royal palace and just a short walk to the centre. It was spacious and spotless. Would heartily recommend. Thank you!
The breakfast did not arrive our first day, so we had to get up and out earlier than planned to avoid cranky hungry kids. I enquired about the need to pre-book and we received an immediate response that it should have arrived and it would be looked into. It was delivered the other two days and it was absolutely delicious but perhaps not the most child-friendly. A croissant, some fresh juice, a hummus and salad sandwich and a pear each. The children were happy with the croissant, but the sandwiches were not to their taste. (Nicest sandwich I've ever had though, so I was happy to trade my croissant!)

We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. The place was clean, beds were comfy and the apartment was walkable to the water and to the city.
Unfortunately the elevator was not operating when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage to the sixth floor. It was a Sunday when we checked in so its possible that they might not be able to get someone out to fix it in the weekend. Elevator was fixed by Monday afternoon which was nice.
