Central
Dirty both in room and in hallway. Carpet in hallway was dirty and nasty. Smell off a very old house once you entered hallway. The room was dirty and severely worn, doors was full off marks and stains. Curtains was dirty and full off burn marks from cigarette. Found old dirty underwear and socks in the room. For me with about 120 travel days a year all over the world, this was the most discussing place we ever stayed. Rude staff in the resection when I complained… You will be better off spending your money elsewhere.

The bathroom needs to be renovated, the tub was leaking and has a hole that led to water overflow and clothes got wet.

The best part about the hotel was the delicious breakfast. The location was also good
The room was in bad condition. The desk was water stained and scarred. Peeling paint on the windowsills. in need of a renovation. The hallway floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed in weeks. I expected the rooms to be in better shape.

Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast offered plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is right in the center, walking distance to everything of relevance in Oslo.

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very polite and helpful, especially the Albanian girl at reception. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
Some of the furniture felt a little outdated.

Great location very close to the city center and opera house. However not ideal for rental car. Parking is crazy expensive and off property.
I didn’t like that the parking was off property and they did not inform us that the charging stations in the parking they advise to at did not work. Took us hours to find charging station late at night that worked. Shower seemed dirty.

Breakfast was good, room quiet and nice - good beds - all good.
Parking is to be paid- there is a discount but we didn't expect to have to pay extra for the parking.

Good location and helpful staff.
The breakfast serving was feeling crowded and the range of the breakfast was OK but not excellent. The hotel room was clean and mostly functional but a bit worn out at places. Somewhat noisy, but that was mostly due to other guests and noise from the street outside the hotel.
