Breakfast excellent. Location excellent. My standard room was small but served it’s purpose
Outer area a little misplaced. Probably just because of the fall season crossover to winter. Out door heaters would have been nice.

The best hotel in Oslo by far. The receptionists were so friendly all the time and wanted to help us a lot during our stay. As for the breakfast it was on of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel in general. The location is amazing in Karl Johan and close to train terminal as well which was veryyy helpful!!!

If you get off at the main Olso station, the hotel is a short slightly uphill walk. For us, ok to do with luggage. The entrance is off the pedestrian mall. There are lots of restaurants around. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was plentiful and of good quality, including the coffee. The breakfast room was somewhat crowded, but staff kept clearing dishes and so there was usually a table available quickly.
The room was clean and very quiet. The elevators are fun to figure out as the hotel consists of multiple buildings. If you are looking for daily housekeeping, go elsewhere.
We found the bed comfortable but we are used to firm mattresses.
The room was tiny, and if you have a suitcase that opens in the middle good luck with that as floor space is extremely limited. There is little room to hang stuff

Outstanding location right in the center, making exploring Oslo effortless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of options, and the gym was modern and well-maintained. Clean, comfortable, and great service throughout. Would definitely stay here again!
The hotel operates with reduced service —for example, rooms are only serviced once every four days unless requested. That wasn't an issue for me on a short stay, but it’s worth keeping in mind depending on your preference.

Door key didn’t work first time, this is surprisingly irritating have struggled to room with bags.

The abundant breakfast was the ideal starter of the day.
