Couldn’t figure out how to turn the light off in the washroom. Had to remove the keycard from the keycard holder/switch in the room (turning off all lights).

Best location to access scenic places around Oslo city. Easy to get in, just next to Oslo
Good breakfast - enjoyed food in good atmosphere (old station building)
If launderette is available, it could be better for several nights staying.

Location next to Oslo train station and ability to walk straight from hotel into trains is unbeatable. Breakfast is buffet which is good quality lots of options and in a nice setting. It and the location are real reasons to stay here . Our room size was extremely generous.
The check in is self service and was somewhat difficult to navigate. Reception. / Bar staff were completely disinterested in providing any assistance or communication on both check in and check out. If you prefer some customer service then you will find this approach disappointing as I did ... but then I'm an older generation who's getting tired of having to do everything myself and somehow being expected to enjoy it... enough said! In room facilities are on the lean end of the scale. One pillow per person. No face towel. No tea and coffee. No fridge. These things may be available in the lobby but the layout of this large hotel makes getting back to reception slightly cumbersome. Not something staff can do anything about.

Location was perfect for my purpose of visit in Oslo, check-in & check-out process was very simple and swift, My room was compact, but had everything I needed such as a folding rack to place a cabin bag, hangers, a practical writing space, big wash basin and a wide bright lit mirror. Ironing space was also just around the corner in the corridor. Staff was very friendly, efficient and pleasant round the clock, the lobby area was lively, guests could order/pick up drink and snack there. Easy city map, touristic info were readily made available, and for early morning departure, a package of breakfast set was prepared (*upon request) and I received it instantly as soon as I showed up to check out as early as 4am! There was no stress or panic to catch the early dawn flight (even though I had not had a chance to sleep too long because of this! Next time, I wish to stay in Oslo longer!) Thank you!
It was my fault! but, I mistook the breakfast schedule for the weekend on Friday morning. Because their weekday BF schedule ends earlier than the weekend schedule, I missed it by being late for a few minutes, and sadly could not see how it was like. Otherwise, ...a minor point was that the water pressure for shower was a bit weaker side, probably for the environmental conservation reason, even though, weak water pressure took longer time for me to rinse off the soap.. I am not too sure if this really results in saving water, or actually waste more water by a longer shower!? but, overall, I was quite happy during my stay. It is good that hotels are trying to make efforts to be eco-friendly, even if it's a trial basis..

Close proximity to everything. Railway station , Oslo mall , main shopping area , all monuments, Opera House .Big room for a family of 4 !
Excellent breakfast ! Great staff . Quick check in and check out .Freda at the front desk was great and very welcoming

Location and value for money were great as were the staff.
We wanted to amend our dates from 2 nights to 1 due to our flight but the request was denied. When we got there they said it would not have been an issue and it was declined by booking.com. Not sure where the issue was but it was frustrating

The room was a good size for a city hotel, with really high ceilings as it's in an old building. They gave us a room overlooking the station square, so always interesting.
Don't like not being able to make tea and coffee in the room - this is Straberry's budget hotel group, but can't undestant why being burget means you ahev to remove tea and coffee
