Fair
The location
Cleaning service not available even upon request nether at least taking out garbage or renew towels Even more we have requested to fix the light in the toilet but for three days it was not fixed until we lift In addition the temperature was very high inside the room The staff or the administrator didn’t care to give a feedback after the security alarm evacuation that happened in the middle of the night ,it was to be a respectful gesture if they only tell us what happened and why we were evacuated from our rooms for an imaginary threat !!!!

Wonderful
The hotel was good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean, and the gym was great. The location was excellent, with convenience stores, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
Although this was my second stay at the hotel and I know this is not a common issue, the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. There was hair in the sink and some marks on the toilet.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak, but it worked perfectly in the reception and the common areas.

Very Good
Great location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. And very comfortable beds. Stayed here 4 times now and there is good reason to return next time.
Need for privacy curtains! You open the curtains and can be faced with a view over the street into an office. Some privacy nets would be great. And the towels could be a bit bigger - they don’t fully wrap around the body

Wonderful
Great breakfast. Good position not too far from railway station. Small room but comfortable and clean. Nice park across road. Good lifts. Appreciated the healthy options at breakfast.
The uneven pavement and construction from railway station made dragging luggage very difficult.
