the hotel is nice and central so within walking distance of station Breakfast was excellent . Great variety on buffet We were there twice . Once on arrival to Norway and again before we left. The first room wasn't great and far from the lift. the second time the room had a lovely view and was spacious The management and staff were very accommodating and kind
I really feel the Hotel needs to do something about their beds which were really not comfortable. Much too soft. In the one room the beam under the bed was broken . The management were always helpful and responsive and had it fixed but I spent a difficult first night before it was repaired The lighting was poor generally the hotel needs to do some maintenance our one window handle was broken and therefore couldn't open the window the rooms have no tea/ coffee/ kettle and no mini bar fridge I had medication that needed a fridge. While the management were very helpful I would have preferred a small fridge. To make tea in your room is also important from my point of view

Good breakfast buffet. It was good choice with eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. Great central location, 1-2 blocks from central station and tourist sites. easy walks to local public transportation.
Room had bare minimum amenities for this brand. No, closet, no coffee maker, no safe. Room cleaning/refresh every 4th day!

Huge family room. Large bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location, very central and near to the train station. The breakfast was great too. Something for everyone.
No fridge in the room. No kettle. No iron.

Pleasant
location was quite close and approachable to the central station and the opera house - 5 to 10 min walk.
our room didnt have a window, it had an attic roof so the windows were pointing towards the sky. felt crammed and boxed in. the interior color was gray and the lights were not enough, so the room didn't feel like a hotel room, but more like a box. I appreciated that the staff tried to offer us another room but it didn't have enough sleeping space for us. Breakfast was good, the hotel also has a decent lounging area at the ground floor.
