Very good value for money. Excellent service and position on town, beautiful 13 floor cityscape view and also one of the best restaurant and cocktail bar we tasted

Easy location to Central station. Biggest hotel breakfast with the most variety I’ve ever seen. Modern rooms.

Lovely decor in the hotel and great pool/spa facilities. Decent sized room but a bit cramped with an extra bed in there
Right in the heart of Oslo and next to a shopping mall and train station

Lovely hotel centrally located with good views. Very close to the train station. Very clean and well maintained with pleasant and helpful staff.
The breakfast was divine, we stayed for 2 nights but definitely will return and recommend. All in all made our stay in Oslo memorable.
The room was very hot at nights, uncomfortably so. The thermostat didn't work so we had to call the front desk in the middle of the night. The staff was very helpful and tried to adjust it remotely which we appreciated.

Breakfast was outstanding. Huge selection. Staff were helpful and spoke English which is fabulous. Convenient location for walking the sights of Oslo and also train access. Huge amount of buses and trams to choose from right outside the front door.
Room was lovely but dislike that you only have 1 lounge chair but 2 people staying in the room. The bed was comfortable but no choice for linen except a doona. No top sheet at all and no choice of a lighter blanket for those that do not feel the cold.

The hotel is close to the central railway station, the tram service, the bus station and to the metro making transport easy to access. The breakfast spread is lovely catering to the guests and staff are quite helpful. Vegan options, food for persons with allergies, the offer of greens - all of these made the breakfast experience wonderful. I am told that the view from the top floor is lovely (but, unfortunately, I could not get the benefit this time; possibly on my next visit !!)
The signages outside the hotel were understated and did not make it easy to locate the main entrance. TGI Friday's which is on the ground floor seemed to have better signage !! The reception staff seemed to be relatively uninformed about the Porterservice AS offerings for baggage pick up and, despite my enquiring at the time of check-in, were unable to help on the evening prior to my check out. I had to make multiple calls myself to the Porterservice AS offices and to my hotel in Bergen (my destination after the planned stay in Flam for three days) to ensure seamless pick-up and drop of my suitcases. I also had to make arrangements around 10.30 pm for baggage tags/ labels for my suitcases. There is perhaps a need to make the staff better aware of the facility and also to have some baggage tags handy for Porterservice AS facilities

Breakfast was standard tourist plus local options. Omelets made to order were great. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The room temperature was too warm even after they tried to adjust from central control. The bathrooms and closets are quite small while the room was very large.

This was our second stay at Clarion Hotel The Hub and once again we had an excellent experience. We were given an upgraded room this time which was spacious and very comfortable and the bed was excellent. The breakfast spread was great with plenty of choices and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The location remains one of the biggest reasons we like this hotel as it is very close to Oslo Central Station and extremely convenient for getting around. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Oslo.

Breakfast was excellent and location perfect for getting onto local transport. Very modern. The breakfast was the best we've ever been offered - well worth the cost! So many choices! Would recommend any time.
Everything was excellent for a stay in Oslo. Nothing at all to complain about! Keep up the great work with staff, location and facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Oslo. And what a great city to explore!
