We loved everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional . Food , ambience and location were just perfect .
We DID NOT like the disturbance from the late music . We could not sleep and had to move rooms during the night . The staff were very accommodating. However we really hope you can get this music in your vicinity stopped as it is too loud .

The reputation of a luxury hotel, the size, the location, the exclusivity, the wellness facilities.
I didn’t like may be some staff but on a personal level not as a trained individuals. So it’s not worth mentioning

Beautiful, great location and fabulous staff. Great dressing gowns! Comfy bed and enough space in the room to make it v comfortable

the door locks are a bit weird and overall rooms need a bit of renovation but it is a minor thing.

The rooms were rather cold for the season and the city.
The rooms were cleaned on demand, and the hotel did not have a regular cleaning policy, ensuring there was always toilet paper in the room and clean carpets.

Central location, excellent breakfast and other inclusive meals.
My room felt chilly and the furniture was a bit dated. The toilet was in a strange squished corner.
